The Great Chesapeake Bay Swim 08.06.11 Congratulations to all of the NBAC Masters swimmers and Meadowbrook Pool members who had participated in the Great Chesapeake Bay Swim this year. Brian Benda placed first overall in the 4.4 mile swim with a time of 1:25.24. OJ Keller placed 4th with a 1:26.39. Elizabeth Schlicher placed 11th overall and first female with a time of 1:33.20. Other swimmers of the 4.4 included Charles Schmitz(21), Polly Surhoff(32), Andy Cosgarea(35), Kevin Joubert(56), Scott Breza(112), Suzanne Kinsky(122), Tom McComas(165) and Richard Henerson(168). Swimmers of the 1 mile swim included Shelia Cosgarea (6th overall and 1st female), Debbie Dawson (10th overall and 2nd female), Craig Jones(11), Tobi Limke(12), Suzanne Gedney(13), Victoria Kamauff(16), Gil Mandel(17), Wendy Quitasol(46) Mindy Apple(50), Tammi Stauffer(65), Cindy Bowers(100), Susan Kamauff(107), and William Surhoff(207).RESULTS |
