New Nutrition Program at Meadowbrook!
This additional Nutrition Program will add to your fitness and swimming and compliment your wellness.
Our In-house nutritionist is Krystal Krisciunas.
Krystal is a board certified nutritionist. More of her bio below.
We have three opportunities for you to grow in your knowledge and application of Nutrition.
First Friday Lunches: Beginning Friday, May 3rd @ 12:30pm, we will have a light lunch and nutrition topic. There is no charge for this wonderful opportunity to learn from Krystal. Space is limited so we would love you to RSVP at firstname.lastname@example.org
Wellness Wednesdays: A few times a month on Wednesdays, Krystal will be in the lobby with a Nutrition Topic. Stop by and meet her and see what she has to share.

Let’s make this year one of wellness!
Krystal holds a Master’s of Science from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) with a concentration in herbal medicine. As a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) she combines western and eastern philosophies to connect physical signs or symptoms to nutrient deficiencies. Krystal resides in Baltimore where she taught Health and Wellness enrichment courses for the past several years. Possessing an interest in nutrigenomics, neurological disorders, and intestinal health she hopes to aid in the reduction of autoimmune related diseases, anxiety, and depression. While also utilizing her knowledge of physiology and experiences as a swim coach to focus on athletic performance. With her culinary background she creates delicious meal plans that nourish the body and soul. Through behavioral counseling, nutrition therapies, and education on the healing potential of a whole foods diet she guides people towards greater health.
